- Internal medicine or general practice/medicine with emphasis on cardiology, oncology, hematology, pneumology, angiology, rheumatology, and nephrology
- Internal medicine or general practice/medicine with emphasis endocrinology, diabetology and internal medicine (without sub-specialization
- Surgery with emphasis on: hand surgery, heart surgery, vascular surgery and thorax surgery

Wages from 3000 to 10000 euros depending on qualification and specialization.
